Tyler Nassi is a Senior Vice President at Longline and leads origination and execution efforts for the firm’s opportunistic credit and special situations platform. Tyler is based in New York and plays a central role in expanding the firm’s national presence and origination footprint.

Before joining Longline, Tyler was an investment professional at Slate Property Group, where he was involved in over $1 billion of transactions across acquisitions, development, and credit investments. At Slate, his role expanded to include oversight of all underwriting efforts across the firm’s acquisitions and asset management teams, and he also held responsibility for the execution of refinancings, recapitalizations, and dispositions.  

Earlier in his career, Tyler worked in investment management and capital markets at GTIS Partners and Apollo Global Management. Tyler started his career in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets in their North American Real Estate Group, where he worked on M&A and capital markets transactions across all real estate sectors throughout the U.S. and Canada.
