Taryn Bell joins Longline as an Associate on the Development team, bringing a strong foundation in residential real estate, deal sourcing, and community focused development to the firm's growing pipeline. She holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology, deepening her academic foundation in finance, land use, and equitable development strategy.

Taryn is also an active community leader on Atlanta's Westside, where she has served in Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) leadership roles and remains deeply engaged in the corridors and communities she helps shape. At Longline, she supports the identification, evaluation, and execution of residential and mixed-use development opportunities.
