Matt joined Longline in May 2025 and supports the Asset Management team across various segments of the capital stack.

Before joining Longline, Matt worked at Trimont, where he held roles on a $37B ground-up construction debt team and a $3B private equity asset management team. At Trimont, he gained experience managing complex real estate investments across a variety of asset classes and business plans, supporting institutional clients through detailed financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and funding oversight.

Prior to Trimont, Matt began his career at Grace Hill, a PropTech SaaS firm, where he supported real estate operators through technology-driven solutions aimed at streamlining asset and portfolio performance. Matt’s background in loan servicing, financial analysis, and technology integration brings a well-rounded perspective to Longline’s investment approach.
