Jonathan joined Longline in June 2026 as a Summer Analyst and focuses on evaluating investment opportunities across various segments of the capital stack.

Jonathan is currently pursuing a double major in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, where he was recently accepted into the inaugural cohort of the Rogers Student Managed Real Estate Investment Fund. He previously interned at CBRE in Dallas, working in Capital Markets, and at College House, where he focused on data analytics for student housing markets nationally. Through these experiences, he gained valuable exposure to deals across the capital stack and markets across the country.
