John Rex Fuqua joined Longline Management in June 2026 to work alongside the firm's partners to execute specific projects and advance strategic initatives, with an initial focus on the management of Longline's land holdings on the Westside of Atlanta.

Prior to joining Longline Management, John Rex served as a Land Specialist at Macallan Real Estate, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of large recreational and development tracts across the Southeast. During his tenure, he brokered over 4,000 acres of land transactions across Georgia, providing clients with valuation insight, due diligence support, and full representation throughout each transaction. He also contributed to the firm's development team through land acquisition analysis, zoning review, and site selection assessments.

His background in land valuation, due diligence, and site analysis positions him well to support Westside-related initiatives, evaluate potential new investments, and assist in the execution of business plans for assets under management.
