Jackson Langley joined Longline in June 2025 as a Summer Analyst, supporting the firm’s private credit platform through underwriting and asset management across a range of real estate investments.

Prior to Longline, Jackson worked at Sweetwater Holdings, where he supported investment analysis for a variety of real estate projects, including contributions to the firm's $1 billion flagship development. He also interned at PENLER, where he conducted market research, pro forma analysis, and on-site due diligence for multifamily properties valued between $35 million and $50 million.

He is currently pursuing a degree in Data Science with a minor in Real Estate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jackson’s technical proficiency, analytical rigor, and hands-on experience across the capital stack support Longline’s data-driven investment approach.
