Before joining Longline, Evan worked at Eastdil Secured, a leading real estate investment bank, where he specialized in M&A and Corporate Advisory across North America. At Eastdil, he gained valuable experience across a variety of transaction types, including company and portfolio sales, note sales, equity recapitalizations, and strategic advisory for investors and public companies.

Evan's analytical expertise and deep understanding of real estate capital markets play a key role in aligning investment opportunities with Longline's growth and risk management objectives.
